Don't get creepy

I am sketching and brainstorming for my website these days. I like the white as a main color theme. I am thinking of symbols that can go next to my signature as artyuppie for the moment. The site is for online viewing so I guess I can risk and make something more illustrative than a vector logo. One creature I wanted to lurk and welcome you in my site was that thing I am showing. It's just a quick rough and already looks creepy so maybe I might keep making the other alternatives for logos/symbols and then decide.

I am very happy I now have my website space and I will be working the following days on creating a proper site for me and my works. Many ideas and lots of frustration for making a decision on how the art direction of it should go... Advice and suggestions are welcome. Should I do a simple clean site showcasing my works or should I do a site inspired by my works and messy mind? Comment please if you like.

An answered question is still a question

I was hoping to hear some comments on this but nobody seems to bothered. I really like the image: 'The fallen star' for one very special and silly reason. I like it because of that grey I used for his body shadow on the ground. On purpose I kept it flat and fake, because I wanted to capsize the old mood of the image, make it modern and at the same time make fun of his situation. I wonder is anyone out there that might have asked why I used that grey? or you just thought is a mistake by luck of time?

Most of the times when I draw quick sketches I hate to delete things. I keep on adding and try to stop before everything becomes a mess.
